  Getting old doesn’t have to suck. Yet the reality is that as we age, our muscles lose elasticity, making them more susceptible to aches, pains and injuries. While these are some of the symptoms of aging, they don’t necessarily have to be the case. It’s often said—you can’t get faster as you age.
