Just Me

I started running in high school and my running "career" has continued for more than 4 decades. Yep, I'm old runner. For over 30 plus years I have coached runners at a variety of levels from high school runners, to newbies, and even some elite runners and triathletes. The one thing I've always emphasized is "running doesn't define who you are--it's just something you do." Never take it or yourself too serious...because no one really knows you do it...unless they read your social media pages....
